Privacy policy

At All Your Senses.AI, Inc. ("Company", "we", or "our"), your privacy is not an afterthought — it's built into everything we do.
All Your Senses is a space for exploration, curiosity, and pleasure. We want every Customer — especially women — to feel completely safe here. That means your personal data, your preferences, and your stories are yours. We do not sell them and we do not share them beyond what is strictly necessary to operate the Service.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we protect it, and what rights you have over it.
This Policy applies to your use of the All Your Senses mobile application (the "App") and our website at allyoursenses.ai (the "Site"), collectively referred to as the "Service".
By using the Service, you accept the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Information we collect
We only collect what we need to give you a great experience. Here's what that includes:
Account information When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, date of birth (for age verification), and login credentials.
Gender (optional): We invite Customers to share their gender purely for statistical and product-improvement purposes. This information is used in aggregated and anonymized form and is never linked to your individual identity or shared with third parties.
Usage data We collect information about how you use the Service, including stories generated, credits consumed, features used, and interaction patterns. This helps us improve the experience for every Customer.
Technical and device information We collect device type, operating system, language settings, IP address, error logs, and diagnostic data. These are standard technical data used to keep the Service running correctly.
Payment information
- iOS Customers: Payments are processed exclusively by Apple via In-App Purchase. We use RevenueCat to manage subscription receipts, renewals, and purchase restoration. We do not collect, store, or have access to your credit card details or billing information.
- Android Customers: Payments are processed securely through Stripe via the checkout flow on our website. Stripe handles all payment data in compliance with PCI-DSS standards. We do not store your credit card details or banking data on our servers.
Website data and cookies When you visit our website, we may collect cookies and similar tracking technologies. For more details, see our Cookie Policy.
Your story library The stories you generate are saved in your personal library inside the App so you can access and listen to them whenever you want. These stories are stored securely and linked to your account solely to provide this service. The parameters and preferences you select when generating a story are transmitted to our AI providers only to produce your output. These inputs are not retained by the AI providers nor stored in a way linked to your identity beyond what is necessary for the generation process.
What we do NOT collect We do not collect health information. The App has no fields for medical conditions, diagnoses, treatments, or any other health-related data. If health-adjacent information is provided to us inadvertently, we do not use it for any purpose and will take reasonable steps to delete it.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the App and the Service.
- Manage your account, subscription, free trial, and credits.
- Manage and award credits under our Referral Program, including eligibility tracking and qualified-signup confirmation.
- Enable purchase restoration on iOS.
- Personalize your experience and content recommendations.
- Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and prevent fraud.
- Communicate with you about account activity, updates, and support.
- Send promotional communications, where you have given consent.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
A note on advertising: We currently do not use Customer data for advertising purposes, and the Service does not include advertising today. If we introduce advertising features in the future, we will update this Policy, notify Customers in advance, and ensure any ad-supported version of the Service is clearly optional.
How we share your information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Period. We share limited information only in the following circumstances:

| Legal Compliance | We do not voluntarily disclose Customer data to government or law enforcement bodies. If we are required to do so by a valid court order, subpoena, or applicable law, we will comply with the minimum required disclosure and, where legally permitted, notify the affected Customer. |
| Corporate Transactions | In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, Customer data may be transferred to the acquiring party. We will ensure that such party is bound by this Privacy Policy and will notify Customers before data is transferred under materially different terms. |
AI providers and your data
All Your Senses uses third-party artificial-intelligence and technology providers to power story generation and audio production. We want to be transparent about how this works:
- We do not share your name, email address, or any personally identifying information with AI providers.
- Story-generation inputs are transmitted to AI providers solely to produce your story output. These providers do not use them to identify you or for any purpose unrelated to the immediate generation of your content.
- Our AI providers are contractually obligated to handle data in compliance with applicable privacy laws.
- We may update or change the AI providers we use as the technology evolves. Such changes will not affect how your personal data is handled under this Policy.
Data retention and security
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as required by applicable law. Retention periods vary by data category: some technical and session data is deleted shortly after your session ends, while account information and transaction records may be retained for longer periods as required by law or contract.
If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, unless retention is required by law.
We use encryption, secure servers, access controls, and other industry-standard measures to protect your data.
No method of internet transmission is 100% secure. While we work hard to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security, and we recommend using strong, unique passwords for your account.
Your rights
Depending on where you are located, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
All Customers
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction: Request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Deletion: Request that we delete your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.
- Marketing opt-out: Unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email, or by contacting us directly.
EU / UK / EEA Customers (GDPR)
If you reside in a jurisdiction where the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, the following additional provisions apply to you. The data controller is All Your Senses.AI, Inc., incorporated in Delaware, United States. For all data-related inquiries, contact: [email protected].
Legal bases for processing. We only collect and use your personal data when we have a valid legal basis. Our legal bases are:
- Performance of contract: processing necessary to provide the Service you've subscribed to, including managing your account, credits, and subscription.
- Legal obligation: processing required to comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- Legitimate interests: processing for purposes such as fraud prevention, security, service improvement, and communications about the Service — where these interests are not overridden by your privacy rights.
- Consent: where we request your specific consent (e.g. for optional marketing communications or optional gender disclosure). You can withdraw consent at any time.
Your GDPR rights. In addition to the rights above, you have the right to:
- Restrict or object to certain processing of your personal data.
- Receive your personal data in a portable, machine-readable format (data portability).
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (DPA) at any time.
- Where we rely on consent, withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
California Customers (CCPA / CPRA)
If you reside in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and its amendments under the CPRA provide you additional rights:
- Right to Know: You have the right to know what personal information we collect, use, and share, including the categories and specific pieces of information.
- Right to Delete: You may request the deletion of your personal information, subject to certain legal exceptions.
- Right to Correct: You may request the correction of inaccurate personal information.
- Right to Opt Out of Sale or Sharing: We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You do not need to opt out of something we don't do.
- Right to Non-Discrimination: We will never discriminate against you for exercising your rights under the CCPA.
Authorized agents. California residents may submit CCPA rights requests through an authorized agent. The agent must provide written proof of authorization, and we may still require verification of the identity of the Customer whose data is in question. Agents holding statutory power of attorney under sections 4121–4130 of the California Probate Code are exempt from the consumer verification requirement.
How to exercise your rights and verification

Your request must include sufficient information to identify you (such as your name and the email address associated with your account). Please do not include sensitive information such as social security numbers, financial account numbers, or health information in your request.
We verify requests by confirming the source and cross-checking the information provided against our records. If we cannot verify your identity, we may request additional information or, if verification is impossible, we may not be able to fulfill the request. We will respond to all verified requests within 30 days, or within the timeframe required by applicable law. We do not charge fees for reasonable requests.
Children's privacy
All Your Senses is for adults. The Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, we will delete it promptly.

International Customers
All Your Senses is based in the United States. Your information may be stored and processed in the United States or other jurisdictions where our service providers operate.
If you are located in the European Union, United Kingdom, Switzerland, or other regions with data-protection laws different from those of the United States, please note that we transfer data internationally. We rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (adopted in July 2023) and, where applicable, Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission as legal mechanisms for such transfers. These safeguards ensure that your data is protected to a standard equivalent to GDPR requirements, regardless of where it is processed.
Third-party services and links
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party services. This Privacy Policy applies only to All Your Senses. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party sites or services, and we recommend reviewing their privacy policies before interacting with them.
Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the App, by email (if available), or by posting a notice on our website, and we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this document.
Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy. If you do not agree with the changes, stop using the Service and contact us to request deletion of your data.
