Delete from the app

The quickest way to delete your account is from within the app:

• Open All Your Senses and sign in.
• Go to your Profile and open Account.
• Tap “Delete account”.
• Confirm. Your account and personal data are removed right away.

Request deletion without the app

If you no longer have the app installed, email us from the address linked to your account, with the subject “Delete my account”, at [email protected]. We’ll process your request and confirm once it’s done.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted:

• Any active subscription is cancelled.
• Your Google and Apple sign-ins are unlinked.
• Your contact is removed from our marketing lists.
• Your profile and personal data — including your name and email — are deleted or anonymized.
• Account access is revoked immediately on all your devices.

We may keep minimal records where required by law (for example, billing records). Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
